The City of Augusta has spent the last several months updating and revising elements of its Comprehensive Plan. At 8 AM on Monday April 26, the Planning Commission will consider finalizing updates to the City's Zoning Code.
The City’s zoning regulations control and restrict the uses of land and buildings in the community ensure that incompatible uses do not develop next to each other, which leads to conflict between neighboring property owners.
Please read over this document for a summary of the proposed changes. If you would like to provide input on the changes, please either attend the meeting on April 26th or do so ahead of time by contacting City Planner Anita Riley at email@example.com or 316-425-4507.
