Benefits

The City of Augusta offers a wide variety of benefits.  Anyone in law enforcement or fire will be eligible for the Kansas Police & Fire Retirement System (KP&F).  Those in the supporting roles such as communications officers, records clerk, or the administrative assistant are eligible for the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS).  Click the button below to learn more about all of the benefits the city offers.
