Pay Your Ticket
- Defects (taillight, headlight, mirrors, etc.), upon proof of repair
- No driver’s license in possession, upon proof of valid driver’s license at time of the citation.
- Failure to display handicap tag, upon proof of valid handicap tag at time of citation.
- No proof of insurance, upon proof of valid insurance on vehicle at the time of the citation. Proof must be presented to the Clerk within 10 days of the date the citation was issued.
Traffic Amendments that do not require a Court Appearance:
- Traffic Control Device
- Traffic Light
- Basic Speed Rule
- Speeding (20 mph or less over the posted limit)
- Divided Highways
- Illegal Turn
- Illegal Turn at an Intersection
- U-Turns
- Failure to Signal
- Stop Signs or Yield Signs
