Utility Rates
The following wastewater rates are effective January 1st, 2022. The City has a monthly base rate of $16.02 plus a tiered rate per 1,000 gallons of usage.

Pursuant to City Ordinance No. 2123, the base charge will be increased by 3% annually on January 1st.
Sewer Capital Fee Schedule
In addition to the monthly service fee, a monthly sewer capital fee will also be applied to your bill.

Water Rate Schedule
The following water rates are effective January 1st, 2022. The city has a monthly base rate of $18.43 plus a tiered rate per 1,000 gallons of usage.
